QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

Team TKI understands the value of quality control (QC) and utilizes a QC program that ensures only high quality services are provided to our clients.

Our commitment to excellence and high professional standards forms the foundation of the Quality Control (QC) Plan. Our PM and Team Leads operate successfully, because they are able to accurately measure performance. Performance is measured through constant monitoring of performance data collected through Team member spot and annual evaluations, QC visits, and through discussions with employees, our clients, and their staff in each of the areas supported by the TKI Team.

Team TKI uses a Total Task Performance Responsibility (TTPR) approach to ensure our team delivers responsive, high quality, and affordable services. Our PM and assigned Lead Systems Analysts (LSAs) use partnering sessions with our clients to tailor the TTPR approach to their qualitative and quantitative needs. Metrics are developed that center on realistic milestones, goals and expectations, to monitor and control task performance throughout the task order life cycle. The metrics use performance history, our own best practices, benchmarks and industry standards that interlock with Quality Control processes delineated in our Quality Assurance manual.

TKI analyzes qualitative and quantitative performance data to identify potential problems. Additionally, we encourage our clients to bring forth their concerns at any time. TKI explores potential solutions and develops appropriate problem resolution action plans that are agreeable to our clients. Training and process modification are potential components of our problem resolution action plans. Corrective action is implemented directly after the discovery of a problem. Monitoring and adjustment, if necessary, follow the corrective action implementation.
